Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for the demolition of three (3) residential homes, more specifically 2839 Harrison, 2906 Eastern, 2905 Emmons, to The Adams Group, Inc., in the amount of $49,968.00 with a 10% project contingency in the amount of $4,996.80 for a total not-to-exceed cost of $54,964.80 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
