In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open

Meetings Act as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

has scheduled a Special Meeting for Monday, March 3, 2025

at 5:30 p.m., Michigan Time

at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices

1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss attorney/client privileged communications

and also strategy connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement.

The Official Minutes of the Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the

approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than 5 business days

after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by City Council.
