In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open Meetings Act as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

has scheduled a Special Meeting for Monday, February 10, 2025

at 6:00 p.m., Michigan Time

at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices

1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider a resolution to adjourn into Closed Session to discuss with its attorney trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation, Vanguard Eddington, LLC v City of Rochester Hills and City or Rochester Hills Zoning Board of Appeals, Oakland County Circuit Court Case No. 2023-2016190-AA, as authorized by the Michigan Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(1)(e).

The Official Minutes of the Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by City Council.
