In accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochester Hills Zoning Board of Appeals/Sign Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, to consider an application requesting sign variances for Henry Ford Health Rochester hospital located at 1101 W. University, on the south side of University Dr. and east of Livernois; to approve the 2026 meeting dates; and for other administrative business.
