In accordance within the provisions of Chapter VI of Act No. 300, Public Acts of Michigan 
of 1949, as amended (Michigan Vehicle Code), and under the provisions of the City of 
Rochester Hills Code of Ordinances, Chapter 98 (Rochester Hills Traffic Code), as 
amended we have made a trafic engineering investigation on :
 
Streets within Hillwood Subdivision - Section #2
 
and as a result of said investigation have determined that it is necessary in the interests of 
public safety to regulate traffic and establish the right-of-way at the intersection(s) as 
follows:
