In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open

Meetings Act as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

has scheduled a Special Meeting for Monday, February 9, 2026

at 6:00 p.m., Michigan Time

at the Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the potential purchase/lease of real properties.

The Official Minutes of the Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by City Council.
