In compliance with the provisions of Michigan's Open Meetings Act, Public Act No. 267 of 1976, as amended, notice is hereby given that THE ROCHESTER HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Dr., Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to consider requests associated with plans for Pine Trace Golf Course to relocate its existing driving range from 3600 Pine Trace Boulevard to 3300 and 3308 South Blvd. W.; and for requests associated with plans to demolish and rebuild the existing swimming pool and community center building for the Property Owner's Association of Hampton at 254 Hampton Circle.
