Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, that the Rochester Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will hold a special meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Dr., Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to consider approval of a reimbursement request associated with the cost for eligible activities completed for the Legacy Apartments project located at the northeast corner of Adams Rd. and Hamlin Rd., and for administrative business.
