In accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open Meetings Act, as amended, notice is hereby given that:

THE ROCHESTER HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION

AND

THE ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

will hold a Special Joint Meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Joint Meeting is to review and act on the City's Planning and Economic Development Annual Report for 2025 and to discuss Planning projects and priorities for 2026.

The Official Minutes of a Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the Minutes are approved by City Council.
