| Request: A request for a variance of 40 feet from Section 138-5.100 |

| (Schedule of Regulations) of the Code of Ordinances, to reduce the |

| required 50-foot rear yard setback from the west and south property lines to |
|
| 10 feet. The purpose of the request is to accommodate the demolition of |
|
| the existing gas station building and the construction of a new building on |
|
| the site. The existing gas pumps and canopies are proposed to remain in |
|
|
