The Board discussed the alternate ballot proposal to revise permissible uses of ‎

the Green Space Millage‎. ‎The discussion related to the following verbiage‎: "... ‎

to improve pedestrian accessibility ‎...". ‎The Board was in favor of the alternate ‎

ballot proposal because the original wording was still there‎, ‎it would make green ‎

spaces accessible‎, ‎and provide an opportunity for a future legacy for this ‎

community‎. ‎A motion was made to present GSAB support at City Council‎'‎s ‎

special meeting held today‎, ‎August ‎19‎, ‎2013‎, ‎at ‎5‎:‎30 ‎p‎.‎m‎.‎

A motion was made by Peterson‎, ‎seconded by Graves‎, ‎that this matter be ‎

Recommended for Approval to the City Council Special Meeting‎. ‎The motion ‎

carried by the following vote‎:‎
