minimum sign setback for conforming signs replacing nonconforming signs; |
|
specify a 75 feet proposed right-of-way, extending from the centerline, will be |

utilized for purposes of measuring the minimum sign setback along Rochester |
|
Road; repeal conflicting Ordinances; and prescribe a penalty for violations |
