ADJOURNMENT

It was the concensus of the Committee that all Committee members need to be present |
|
to Elect Committee Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and setting the 2006 meeting |
|
schedule. Ms. Raschke also requested that due to the temporary change of the meeting |
|
date from Monday to Tuesday, due to Holidays, that all Leisure Activities Committee |
|
members be alpha paged with meeting information on the day of the Leisure Activities |
|
meeting. Therefore, Chairperson Raschke then adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m. |
