In accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochester Hills Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Mi 48309, to consider the preliminary condominium plan approval requests (and other associated approvals) for the proposed Walton Oaks and South Oaks condominium developments which were postponed at the February 21, 2023 regular meeting.
