CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS

In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976

the Open Meetings Act as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

will be conducting their Special Meeting on Monday, August 18, 2025

at 5:30 p.m., Michigan Time, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices,

1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to Acknowledge Receipt of the Older Persons' Commission (OPC) Social & Activity Center Fiscal Year 2026 Adopted Budget; to Acknowledge Receipt of the Rochester-Avon Recreation Authority (RARA) Fiscal Year 2026 Adopted Budget; and to discuss the Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Budget and 2027-2028 Projected Budget for the City of Rochester Hills.

The Official Minutes of Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the

approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than 5 business days

after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by City Council.
