south of Hamlin Road, identified as Parcel Number 15-27-226-025, zoned B-2 (General 
Business), and known as Walgreen’s.
 
Request:     A request to allow one (1) additional changeable or electronic message 
sign to be located at the Hamlin Road entrance to the property pursuant to Section 134-
181 (Standards-General Commercial Premises) Footnote O, which limits changeable or 
electronic message signs when mounted on the same monument structure as the 
premises identification sign to one per premises.
