NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS

In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open Meetings Act as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

has scheduled a Special Meeting for Monday, December 15, 2025

at 6:00 p.m., Michigan Time

at the Rochester Hills Municipal Office

1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss updates relative to labor negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and AFSCME Local 1917.28, and the City of Rochester Hills and MAFF, Local 50.

The Official Minutes of the Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by City Council.
