In compliance with the provisions of Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open Meetings Act, as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 8:00 a.m at Rochester Hills City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 in the auditorium.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to vote on the tax capture agreement with Oakland County for the approved 2025 Restated LDFA Development Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan.
