Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a highway easement granted by Rochester College, a non-profit corporation, 800 West Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, City File #94-426, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcels #15-15-376-001, #15-15-451-003 and #15-15-451-006.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
