Request for Purchase Authorization - CLERKS:  Waiver of Section 2-273(b) of the Purchasing Ordinance; Award of contract/project budget for the software, maintenance, design, setup, implementation and training for an Enterprise Content Management System in the amount not-to-exceed $2,000,000.00 for a period of ten (10) years from the contract execution date; ICC Community Development Solutions, LLC., Rochester, New York

 

Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby waives Section 2-273(b), the requirements for long term contracts, under Section 2-281, which allows City Council the authority to waive any regulation or procedure pertaining to purchasing, deeming it to be in the best interest of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the award of a contract/project budget for the software, maintenance, design, setup, implementation and training for an Enterprise Content Management System to ICC Community Development Solutions, LLC., Rochester, New York in the amount not-to-exceed $2,000,000.00 for a period of ten (10) years from the contract execution date and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
