Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the agreement between LRH Development, LLC, Beachwood, Ohio and the City of Rochester Hills for the installation operations, and maintenance of the traffic signal to be located at the Hamlin Road crossover east of Adams Road and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
