Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for snow removal services for City Hall, Fire Stations, 52/3rd District Court, Oakland County Sheriff's Office Substation, and two City owned parking lots near Brooklands Plaza to Ultra Professional Outdoor Services, Rochester Hills, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $155,000.00 through June 30, 2023 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
