Adams Road,  in the Adams Marketplace Development, located north of Adams Rd. and south and west of M-59, land use governed by Consent Judgment between Grand/Sakwa Acquisitions, LLC and the City of Rochester Hills, Oxford Architecture, Applicant, with the condition that the Applicant address all comments from City departmental reviews.
