Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Ingress and Egress Easement Private Road Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Redwood Rochester Hills East Avon Road MI P1 LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, whose address is 7007 East Pleasant Valley Road, Independence, OH 44131 for Parcel #15-13-476-005.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
