Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Purchase Agreement for the .29 and .15 acre parcels of land located at 2971 and 2975 Eastern Ave., located south of Auburn Rd. on the east side of Eastern Ave., Parcel Nos. 15-36-226-006 and -049.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor is authorized to undertake such actions and to execute and deliver on the City's behalf such additional documents that are necessary and appropriate to consummate this transaction.
