Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the donation agreement for the donation towards Auburn Rd. parking lots on Parcel Nos. 15-36-226-006 and -049 and 15-36-204-029 and -030, located south of Auburn Rd.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor is authorized to undertake such actions and to execute and deliver, on the City's behalf, such additional documents that are necessary and appropriate to consummate this transaction.
