Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Hampton Plaza L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1334 Maplelawn Drive, Troy, MI 48084, for Hampton Plaza-Outbuilding, Parcel #15-26-100-007.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
