Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 84-17 of Article I, Chapter 84, Property Maintenance Code of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to remove references to natural landscape, clarify the weed cutting charge; repeal conflicting Ordinances and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption, and shall become effective on Friday, December 25, 2009, the day following its publication in the Rochester Post on Thursday, December 24, 2009.
