Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Pedestrian-Bicycle Pathway Easement granted by Nan Realty, Inc., an Ohio Corporation, of 2040 E. Camino Miravel, Tucson, Arizona 85718.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
