Gronski and Audrey Lee Gronski, 760 W. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan and authorizes payment to the landowners in the amount of $7,300.00.

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
