Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Santia Family-Crooks Corner, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, of 17477 Iris Circle, Clinton Township, Michigan 48036, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-29-228-004.
