Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an easement for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by Rochester Hills Real Estate, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 10503 Citation Drive, Brighton, Michigan 48116, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Wellbridge of Rochester Hills, Parcel No. 15-22-226-016.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
