Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a storm sewer easement granted by Farid Jindo and Karima Jindo, his wife of 2945 Crooks, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a storm sewer easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-33-101-001.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
