Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the Cost Participation Agreement for Construction between the Board of Road Commissioners (BOARD) for the County of Oakland and the City of Rochester Hills for the Rehabilitation of Walton Boulevard from east of Adams Road to Livernois Road and authorizes the expenditure of the City's share of a not-to-exceed amount of $339,546.00 and authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
