Request for Purchase Authorization - FACILITIES:   Project Budget for the purchase and installation of three high speed fabric doors in the Department of Public Services parking garage in the amount not-to-exceed $155,607.28; KVM Door Systems, Inc., Clinton Township, MI 

 

Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a project budget for the purchase and installation of three high speed fabric doors in the Department of Public Services parking garage to KVM Door Systems, Inc., Clinton Township, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $155,607.28 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute any needed agreements on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
