Resolved that the Green Space Advisory Board convenes immediately to Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, for the purpose of discussing the possible purchase or lease of real property. The Green Space Advisory Board will convene to Open Session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
