Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to Ajax Materials Corporation of Troy, Michigan, as the Primary Vendor and Barrett Paving of Troy, Michigan, as the Secondary Vendor as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the purchase of Asphalt Paving Materials, in the total amount not-to-exceed $68,000.00 through December 31, 2006.  

Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
