Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 54-32 in Chapter 54, Fees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify fees charged for the cemetery, repeal conflicting Ordinances, and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026 following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
