Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order for Ready Mix Concrete Materials to Protocon RM, Sterling Heights, Michigan as the Primary Vendor and Daytona Redi Mix, LLC., as the Secondary Vendor in the amount not-to-exceed $201,070.00 through December 31, 2027.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
