Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the First Amendment to Sanctuary at Rivers Edge Storm Sewer System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and SARE, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Drive, Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Sanctuary at Rivers Edge Units 9 and 10 Storm Relocation, Parcel #15-15-406-009 and #15-15-406-010.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
