Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for as-needed geotechnical engineering and material testing services in the amount not-to-exceed $721,050.00 to Professional Service Industries, Inc., Macomb, Michigan and G2 Consulting Group, LLC., Troy, Michigan and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
