Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Sanitary Sewer Easement granted by Pulte Land Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 100 Bloomfield Hills Parkway, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Sanitary Sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-26-376-007.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
