Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for Firefighter Physicals to BioCare, Inc., Holt, Michigan in the amount of $252,000.00 and a contract/blanket purchase for occupational medicine services to Corewell Health Urgent Care, Troy, Michigan in the amount of $94,140.00 through December 31, 2029 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute contracts on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
