Whereas, the Rochester Hills City Council accepts the Dance Entertainment Permit Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Sittipong and Forster, LLC (aka Sala Thai), 54 W. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MIchigan 48307

Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
