Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 102-94 of Chapter 102 Utilities, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify and supplement fees charged for various city services, to repeal conflicting Ordinances, and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby Accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective Monday, December 22, 2025 following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
