Request for an Appeal of the Building Department's determination that the proposed sign shall constitute a third entranceway sign, per Table 4-17, footnote (f), of Chapter 4-17 of the Code of Ordinances. One ground sign is permitted for each vehicle entranceway to a major street, but no more than two ground signs shall be permitted per road frontage. The applicant currently has a sign at both entranceways off Rochester Rd. The proposed sign is shown to be located within the site and would be visible to the public right-of-way - File No. 85-619 - 3277 S. Rochester Road, located on the east side of Rochester between Auburn and M-59, Parcel No. 15-35-100-042, zoned B-3, Shopping Center Business and known as Pat Moran Oldsmobile Dealership, Michael Hoornaert, Pat Moran Oldsmobile Dealership, Applicant
