Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a storm sewer easement granted by David Lucas and Lee Ann Lucas, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a storm sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-15-326-017.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
