Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the 2025-2026 Winter Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) for Livernois Road between South Boulevard and Tienken Road and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
