Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Highway easement for John R Road, adjacent to their Michelson Meadow's Site Condominium Development granted by Daniel B. Brown and Mary Lou Brown, 3535 Bendelow, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Highway Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-35-476-011.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
