Whereas, the Department of Public Services, recommends that the Water & Sewer Technical Review Committee (WSTRC) shall be renamed and re-established as the Water System Advisory Council (WSAC) and that the current members of the WSTRC should be reappointed to serve as members of the WSAC along with the appointment of Tracey A. Balint, P.E., Public Utilities Engineering Manager and Leon Luedeman, Water & Sewer Operations Manager.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves renaming and re-establishing the Water & Sewer Technical Committee as the Water System Advisory Council, appoints the current members of the WSTRC to the WSAC for the remainder of their current terms, and appoints Tracey A. Balint, P.E., Public Utilities Engineering Manager, and Leon Luedeman, Water & Sewer Operations Manager, to the WASC.
